DEF

Deductible: the amount of loss paid by the policyholder

Director's and Officer's Liability Insurance: covers officers and directors of an organization from liability claims stemming from their suspected misjudgments and unjust acts

Downtime Coverage: covers rental of replacement vehicles

Endorsement: a written form attached to an insurance policy that alters the policy's coverage, terms, or conditions

Exclusion: a provision that eliminates coverage for certain risks, people, property classes, or locations.
